A few things you might want to know before we build something together.
Ask us something elseStarter is a single page with Home, About, Services, and Contact sections for $350. Standard includes up to five separate pages for $650. Both include responsive design, a contact form, two revision rounds, and hosting setup guidance. Custom projects are quoted individually, with deliverables agreed in writing.
Starter websites typically take 3–5 business days, and Standard websites take 5–7 business days. These estimates begin after we receive your signed agreement, initial deposit, and required content. Custom timelines depend on the agreed features and scope. Delayed feedback or changes to scope can affect delivery.
We’ll need your business goals, logo, website text, photography, and any brand guidelines you have. We’ll also confirm your project scope and collect the signed agreement and 50% deposit. Copywriting and professional photography are not included unless separately agreed.
A 50% deposit starts your project. The remaining 50% is due upon completion, before the website launches. We currently accept Venmo, Zelle, or check. Your agreement records the scope and payment details.
Yes. Starter and Standard include two rounds of revisions to the initial draft. A revision round is your consolidated feedback on that draft. Additional rounds or changes beyond the agreed scope are billed separately, with the cost confirmed before that work begins.
After final payment, you own your website files and content. Your domain stays in your account and under your control. We can help you find a domain and guide you through hosting setup and DNS configuration. Domain, hosting, and paid third-party services are separate costs.
Yes. These are scoped as Custom projects. We’ll discuss how the feature needs to work, any required integrations, and the costs involved before preparing a quote. E-commerce functionality is included only when separately agreed in writing.
You can manage your website yourself or choose optional maintenance for $35 per month. The plan includes monthly website and contact-form checks, up to 30 minutes of minor edits or routine maintenance, and email support within one business day. Unused time does not roll over, additional work is quoted separately, and custom applications receive a tailored support quote.
